The Wandering Within

On Exhibit: July 2 – 31, 2020

About the Exhibit

Our wild places offer a time and place to connect with ourselves and the world around us. The isolation felt during the COVID crisis had a different feeling about it. Through the creation of these paintings, Ken was able to rekindle joyful memories from Glacier Park. From the confines of a flat canvas, we are invited to revisit the moments that make life sweet.

“Being creative during a time of stress and hardship was harder than I expected. While trapped in the studio I was able to get lost in the process and the fond memories I have of Glacier Park. I hope these paintings can serve to inspire a fondness for nature, and the sense of presence of that happens when we are far from our safe homes.”

Artwork will be available to purchase online on July 2, 12 pm MST.

A portion of the proceeds from Ken’s exhibit will benefit the Glacier National Park Conservancy.
